In the winter of 2009, fellow breeder and friend Liz Gibson contacted us about leasing one of our girls to breed to her stud dog, Chaz, who I fell in love with just a few months earlier while on a judging assignment in Colorado. I told her all I had was Abbey's mom Tink, who I knew she liked, as Liz had given Tink her first points toward her championship. So began the "deal" and Tink was absolutely loved and doted upon while visiting Chaz, had a beautiful litter of babies and we brought home, our dear Abbey to stay! Liz told us the litter theme was "Beatles" songs/lyrics and "Her Majesty" from the "Abbey Road" album seems to fit just a little too perfectly!!! Thank you Liz and Steve for co-breeding this litter with us!!!
